We thank you for your purchase and for trusting us with our brands. Consultations are highly suggested to ensure you are purchasing the right product for your skin goals and allow us to answer any questions you may have. Please review your order carefully before completing your order.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Non-returnable items include sale/promotional items that are more than 20% off
- All SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL
- Product(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened with proof of purchase.
- Refunds DO NOT include shipping charges (shipping should be trackable to reduce the risk of theft or lost packages).
HATS: All pieces are inspected and quality controlled to ensure high-quality standards are adhered to. Due to the nature of the hand-made items, natural fiber flaws, shape, color and weave variations are not considered faulty. Hats must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for credit or refund.

EXCHANGES: If you received the wrong item or it is damaged - we apologize in advance and want to make it right. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, style number/size you would like in exchange and we will get back to you.
REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
